Realized Solutions believes in giving back to the community we are proud to be part of. As our company grows, so does our ability to support children and families in need. This year, our team donated another ten bicycles and helmets to Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters, bringing our total to fifty bicycles donated over the last five years.
How a Team Activity Became a Tradition
What began as a team-building exercise has become a meaningful annual tradition. Our staff enjoys building bikes together and knowing that each bicycle will bring joy and support to a child in our community.
Laura Beyer, our Director of Marketing, shared with the New Britain Herald that the bike-building tradition is important to our team because it allows us to give children something that encourages a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters is the largest volunteer mentoring network in Connecticut, supporting more than 132 towns across the state. Some recent recipients include Nehemiah Rodriguez, who wished for a bike for his seventh birthday, and Daniella Silva, whose family has faced challenges due to COVID‑19.
